Application backups let you back up and restore your managed apps — both the database and the app content — and run backups on a schedule. This feature is plan-gated, so what you can do depends on your plan.
What is backed up
- The app's managed database (where the app has one).
- The app's content / persistent storage.
Backups apply to managed app types — including managed backends and one-click WordPress.
Create a backup
Open your application in the dashboard, go to Backups, and create a backup. ngris captures the database and content into a stored backup you can restore from later.
Restore
From the same Backups view, pick a backup and restore it. The restore brings the database and content back to the state captured in that backup.
Schedule backups
Where your plan allows it, set a schedule so backups run automatically on a recurring basis, so you always have a recent restore point without doing it by hand.
If you do not see Backups or a schedule option on your app, check your plan on the plans and billing page — the feature and its limits are plan-gated.
